Moms who use Parents Choice (WalMart) Formula...
Did you sign up for the free sample? Correct me if I am wrong, but I think if you sign up here they mail you $3 coupons for the formula.
(Then it's only like $9 for a can of formula! I can't believe I ever paid $24 for Similac!  )

Wow, is this what you are using? That is so much more reasonable? What does the ped say? I bet it's basically the same ingredients. I'm going to ask my ped.
How does swithcing formulas work. Is it like dogs where you do the change gradually? (not to compare her to dogs but that's the best experience I've got  )

Honestly I dont know why anyone would use anything else....I used the Parent's Choice Brand for Caden and even switched between it and Enfamil when I got a free can. Caden obviously has grown well...
My ped said it's the same exact thing..

My kids need the alimentum and we use the Target brand. It is EXACTLY the same and it is only 14 a can compared to 28 for the similac brand. It is great.

My doc said it was fine to use the Parents Choice. If you check the can it has a comparison chart and the ingredients/nutrition is the same! I heard that baby formula is federally regulated, so it kind of HAS to be the same.
I am not the doc, but I would say maybe wean her onto it, or just give her a bottle of the store brand and see how she reacts...?

There is an infant formula act -it requires that manufacturers follow specific procedures in manufacturing infant formula -The FDA regulates. Brand name and Generic are almost exactly the same.
