The girl who handles my case told me I had to call her when I needed more formula.

They didn't deliver mine either. I just called the main # and it was there in a few days. Let me know if you need it, I'lll look it up.

how late was your delivery??
we usually get it on the 5th or 6th and its over a week late now

I always have to call to re-order - or they will call me, but usually I try and contact them first. I didn't think they'd send out a shipment without hearing from me.
