Moms who use Ultimate Crib Sheet
How often do you change the fitted sheet that you have on the mattress, under the Ultimate Crib Sheet?
While I change the UCS every other night or every 3rd night, I'm very lax about changing the other one.  While DD doesn't sleep directly on there, germs are still in the crib, KWIM?

I rarely change the one underneath. I Feel like the crib sheet is more decorative like the skirt on the crib when you use the Ultimat Crib Sheet. I guess if he was sick I would change it but we haven't had to do that yet.

I change the UCS once a week unless she spits up or leaks on it which so far has been rare.
I rarely change the actual crib sheet under it but I would if something leaked through.
About once a month I put all of her bedding through a gentle wash to remove dust and stuff.

The UCS is a flat sheet that goes on top of the crib sheet. It has little straps that go around the crib bars that snap into place and hold it very firmly. To change it you don't have to remove bumpers or anything except for the UCS itself. It is one of the things I couldn't live without.

Thanks.. i dont use bumpers but that would be a WHOLE lot easier to change, then having to change her reg. sheet. With being short, its a task in a half to change that sheet.

i change it every other week on average. I figure he is not laying directly on it, so it wouldn't have to be changed as often.
