moms who's dc had a high fever from the mmr shot?

my ds gotthe mmr shot (i pushed it back till 21 months) last week and he's had a slight stuffy nose since then but last night got 102.5 fever and woke up with 101.

how long will this last?

how high can the temp. get and when do i freak out???

do you wake up your dc at night to give the next dose of motrin?

how much motrin for a 27lb. 21 month old?

anything i should do/not do/look out for?

Switch back and forth every 3 hours between Motrin and Tylenol.
