moms with more than one child who had morning sickness
How did you handle it? I had really bad morning sickness from the morning to night, if i was awake i was sick. Yesterday i had the stomach virus and remembered how it felt... then i thought how am i going to handle this everyday if i was to get pregnant again with sammie. With samantha i was able to go to bed when ever i wanted to escape the sickness, i will not be able to do that the second time around.
I really wanted to get pregnant again in aug/sep, now im not so sure..

Re: moms with more than one child who had morning sickness
I spent a lot of time lying on the couch while she played. A few days were really bad and DH came home or if he couldn't my mom left work to watch Sarah for me.

You just deal with it. I had bad MS with both kids. With my first, I had it from the beginning until exactly 11 weeks. With my DD, I was working FT in the city and got MS later in my pregnancy around 16 weeks. It was horrible but I just did what I had to. Whether it was dry heaving in the bowl or whatever. You really just don't have a chance to think about it.

I guess your right, ill just have to deal with it. I know its going to be better than yesterday for the fact that the sickness is for a good thing, yesterday was yuckiness for nothing.

Re: moms with more than one child who had morning sickness
I was more nassaus the first time then I was the second time and I never actually got sick. I will say that I did lay on the couch more and watched DS play on the floor (he was 6.5 months old when I found out I was pg) and I pushed through my pg symptons more too.

I'm just finishing up my MS...hopefully! I made it work. Luckily DS could tell something wasn't necessarily "right" with mommy, so I think he adjusted as well. As far as being tired, I napped when he napped. (I took a 1 1/2 hr nap with him today! ) Somedays are harder than others, but you do get through it.

Re: moms with more than one child who had morning sickness
I was so much sicker with this pregnancy then with dd. I would feel sick from monring well into night. I did what I could when I felt well enough and tried to make sure I didn't get to hungry. It was hard but it passes quickly.
