Moms with more than one DC (kind of spin-off to "Things changing around here...")...
I noticed several moms saying that they were very sad to leave the Pregnancy board (I feel Porrrus had the best reply to that one though). I don't recall feeling that way probably because the Parenting board was WAY smaller back in 2005. However, my question...
Did you find yourself on the Pregnancy board as much the 2nd, 3rd time you were pregnant?

I am pregnant with #2 and I am back on the pregnancy board. I'm fairly active, but not with the same kinds of questions as the first go around.

I'm not pg and I find myself lurking on Pregnancy more than I did with #2. I have some serious baby fever, but we're waiting to TTC until end of the year.

I don't remember really going on pregnancy at all when I was pregnant with Andy, but Sarah was only 6 months old when I got pregnant again so it was all pretty fresh in my mind still.

Me too. I find myself on there now more than on Parenting but I feel like I'm reading a lot more than posting on both boards.

Nope- I posted a bit, but not NEARLY as much as I did the first time around. I just didn't have the same questions or concerns at all.

Definately the third time I was on more but I was on there with second as well. I guess I also had a child under two that I was still learning about when I was pregnant with #2 therefore I needed more on parenting. I was also working still when pregnant with #2. This time around I was home and having a hard time (being pregnant).

I post more on the pg board than the parenting board. When I'm not pg, I still post on parenting board but the amount drops a lot.

I didn't post much on pregnancy the 2nd time around, but I don't post on parenting as much anymore either.

I wasn't on LIF for my first pregnancy. I came over here around the time I was married (from LIW) in 2007. DD was over 2 at that point. I came over here for the parenting board, but like I said on the other thread, I felt like I didn't fit in because it seemed the other babies were younger than DD. I posted mostly on TTC & then pregnancy. I didn't come over to parenting again really until DS was born.

I didn't post on pregnancy nearly as much w/ DC #2 as w/ #1. I did still go on & read posts & answer q's but I really didn't have too many q's.
