Mom's with nannies- Need fast help

I am meeting with our future nanny. I was wondering what people do for vacation/sick/personal/holidays days with nannies.

How many weeks vacation? Paid or unpaid?

We give our nanny two weeks paid vacation (July and December) and 5 sick/personal days and if she does not use them we pay her for them at the end of the year(it's a little incentive)
