Monday update: It's over...
This mornings sonogram showed no heartbeats.   My husband and are completely devastated and heartbroken. I don't know where we go from here... Maybe my role in life is to always be an aunt.
I have to have a D&C done to see if it was genetic this time... I feel so lost.
Sunday:
Thank you everyone.
My parents came home today. My mom knew I had an appointment yesterday, so I had to tell her over the phone, but seeing them and discussing everything was so much worse. Watching both of them cry because they are helpless to do anything about this.... It's something I pray I never have to go thru again. They are mourning their grandchildren they never met and feel hopeless because they dont know what they can say or do to help us.
I feel numb. I hate the world right now. I have never felt so robbed, angry, sad, hopeless or numb... All at once. I have no idea how we pick up the pieces of our hearts and even attempt to move on... Or if we even have it in us anymore. I just don't understand....
The thought of having a d&c done makes me sick... And scares me. why are we going through this? Why do people who don't deserve children get to have them, yet this is the farthest we've ever gotten, only to have them taken away? I can't make sense of any of this...
Monday:
Went to Dr. B's this morning w/ DH. He took the day off, and thank God he did b/c I ended up having to have another sono (w/ Dr. Pilliteri) to "confirm" Dr. B's findings, at which time I completely fell apart. Dr. B wouldn't let us see the screen... Dr. Pilliteri had it facing out and it was right there. 
I got immunological bloodwork @ Dr. B's office and he made time to talk to DH & I about our next steps over the next couple of weeks.
He wants me to have the D&C done to see if it was something genetic. He feels strongly that it is, and I can't help but think there are 2 of them...so how could it be both... and if it is, what are the odds of most of our frozen embryos being genetically abnormal?
He also wants me to have an MRI of my uterus done. He said there is a "dimple" at the top and wants to rule that out as an option as well.  There was talk of the possibility of cutting my uterus... not an option I will want to go with.  B/t those 2 things and the immunological testing he is hoping we get some answers...
I'm usually a glass 1/2 full type of person, but I can't even begin to think about the future right now. I wanted these  to be our future...
So tomorrow I have to go to get pre-surgical testing done at Good Sam and then have a D&C on Wednesday, at some point. They won't tell me when until somewhere b/t 4-10 tomorrow.  This all just sucks...
