Thankfully we bought in 1999 and ours is just over $1600 with Taxes and insurance. The sad part is that when we bought our house it was $1206 The increase is all taxes(and NO we have not added on or anything)

it was 3100  then we refied to 2600 
now we are moving and with a larger down payment, our new mortgage will be about 2200!

was 2800, refinanced and went to 2250, then taxes when up, star was adjusted, etc now we are at about 2550.
