More bathroom opinions please!
Sorry, I'm getting annoying I know 
So I got a vanity from Peter Andrews - it's DARK brown (almost black). I don't have a photo but it's pretty much exactly like this PB one except darker wood - almost black:
PB (mine is VERY similar - except darker):
Which recessed medicine would you do - 1. Hutton Inset
OR
2. Cartwright
ETS: There will be a 3-light vanity light above whatever cabinet we do.

I like the first one better with that vanity (score, by the way!). It has cleaner lines, the second one seems more vintagey to me, which is not the look of the vanity.

Although alone, the second one is nicer and I like it better, I completely agree with this:

As a companion piece, the Hutton seems a much better choice. Congrats btw!

Thanks all - against the poll, I actually decided to order #1 (and I plan to carry it to Peter Andrews since the vanity won't come in for a while and hold it up ).
#1 was my first choice WITH the vanity (as Laura & Tricia said - it compliments it best I think). I personally like mirror #2 but I think #1 completes the look better (especially after I get a 3-light fixture over it and some crisp white accessories).
Will post the final product!

Would you be interested in something recessed that is not a wood tone, more a metal tone (such as stainless, or bronze, etc)?
I would just be concerned that the wood tones would not match since they are not from the same company. Hope you don't mind the suggestion.
My SIL got a vanity and med cabinet that were not from the same maker. Her mirror looks black and the vanity looks dark brown. It shows and it doesn't look right no matter how close they are.

I know - that's my concern too. That's why I plan to bring the medicine cabinet to the store to compare it to the vanity when it comes in. If it's not a good match, I'll probably go for a brushed nickel medicine cabinet to match the hardware.
