more lower priced homes popping up-all 3+Brs & 2+baths
These all look like very good homes for the money. I'm sure they can all be had for under 300k, some much less.

nicely updated, looks like a quiet area
on a lakefront acre, needs to be restored

needs some paint & elbow grease, but looks big

bad paint & lacking curb appeal, but its miller place schools
looks really clean!
very cute, looks like it has an apartment, nice flat yard for that area
rooms look small, I'd offer 279

very nice architectural details
very unique home-south OAKDALE
needs work, big property, connetquot schools, acces. apartment
There sure are more affordable homes than there were one year ago!

I know the taxes are high on the oakdale house, but that area is $$$$$ & some people like "unique" homes. I love watching that show on HGTV about the strange houses

I know, I've watching it a while too. Even though the road is busy its an AWESOME price for that school, it might be worth it for someone that couldn't afford SWR otherwise.

here are a couple of small starters in my neighborhood that were just listed.
very close to the lake, cute house
this one is adorable, small though
has potential, I think they would take way less-its empty
Its a great little family oriented neighborhood
