more milk plus? fenugreek? - where do i get these things- central nassau?
i use to pump double of what i needed and had a nice freezer supply. i got very lazy pumping and my supply is down- baby is taking mostly formula..
What stores in central nassau can i find more milk plus, fenyugreek?
what is the best one? THANKS!

i think both are great..but i have an issue with absorbing vitamins, so i had to go with the More Milk Plus...which is sold at whole foods, one in jericho, one in port washington that i know of..its also sold online...i got the liquid form, it works quicker..
fenugreek is sold at gnc..it worked for me, but the other worked alil better..the fenugreek is much less expensive in the long run, so maybe try that first

fenugreek worked great for me. i got it at whole foods.
