More Pics of the infamous "neon green" house
since the green room was such a hit, i figured id post more!

I think 4. good quality primer.

It definitely needs Kiltz primer its the best. Our tenants painted our apartment some god awful colors and we used Kiltz worked great with one coat.

I kind of like the blue too. The green is not me, but I am always impressed when people choose bold colors, I'm not sure it's something I could do.

HIDEOUS - all of it. I normally like green but that is putrid. Hate blue in a kitchen - very unappetizing.

it still looks a like a good house. Good layout..floors look like they are in good shape as well as the walls and ceilings,
Just paint over the hideousness.

I dont know what this house is priced at - but I feel like they could probably get thousands more just by painting. I dont understand why people wont just do a couple weeks worth of work before they list their house. This house would be great on Sell this House.
