More Work on our Family Room (UPDATED w/more pics)
We took down the wall straight ahead and all the insulation in the ceiling and behind the wall we took down and the wall to the right with the window. There was a mold problem and now it's all cleaned up. We were told to bleach down the beams and then primer all the beams with a really good primer so the mold wouldn't come back. We are getting closer....to starting this reno.  I'll post more pics once we have primed. Then we can finally have the electrican come in and then the walls can start to go up.
Here is the work we did on the room.
The only mold damage we found was in two spots....luckily. Right in the middle of this wall....
And a small spot on the ceiling.

Thank you! Well it wasn't a big update, but hopefully we will have a bigger update soon. Like walls and hi-hats.

Also have your heard of paper less sheet rock.. No paper no mold... That's just incase that room is facing the north or in a basement...

That room faces West, but I will mention the paperless sheetrock to my DH. ETA: Ground level (it's a Hi-Ranch)
And when I say Family Room, it could also be a Den, but DH would refer to it as his "Theater Room". Flat screen with surround will be in this room when we are done. So it will be a future "Family Room".
