"Morning Sickness"---what do you eat and drink?
I'm thirsty, yet everything I drink doesn't taste right or "sit" right with me. I've tried lemonade, ice water, seltzer, Pellegrino, Caffeine free Coke, Ginger Ale, Cream Soda, Milk... nada...any suggestions? I feel like I'm running out of options!

I am in the same boat 100%! I have my first sono on Friday and am going to talk to my doctor about it. There is NOTHING that I drink that makes me feel good.

The only thing that tends to help is gingerale. I have a really hard time getting water down which is upsetting me cause I know i am not drinking nearly enough water.
Occasionally I will drink a small glass of sweetened iced tea and that seems to actually help!

Re: "Morning Sickness"---what do you eat and drink?
I am sorry to say that I am right there with you with NO advice!! Just wanted to let you know you are not alone!! I had morning sickness with my daughter up to about 16 weeks put I would feel better after I would get sick. THis time I am just nauseous ALL DAY LONG. I like to drink hot water with lemon sometimes that helps and for me its carbonated drinks for some reason that seem to help. Good luck and I hope you get some relief soon!

The only thing I could drink during that time was unsweetened iced tea from dunking donuts. It was my lifesaver. Everything else made me feel worse.

A small cup of gatorade in the am is helping me a little. But right now I am only feel sick until about 1pm or so. Then I can drink water.

I usually have juice in the morning and then water the rest of the day. Sometimes water with lemon or lime for some extra excitement. Once in a while I'll have a seltzer but the carbonation makes me feel bloated.

Lately in the mornings, I have been having milk with canation instant breakfast mixed in. Milk seems to coat my tummy for some reason, and make me feel better..

OH no! I have been there! Luckily mine has just passed...but in the beginning the only thing I could drink was gingerale or decaf tea. For some reason the warm soothed my stomach. Try those preggie pops, they helped, and also Ginger gum. Got the gum at CVS. Good luck!

Re: "Morning Sickness"---what do you eat and drink?
Yea this part was definitely no fun. I tried everything too. Oj and apple juice worked some days but not others did you try room temp water? Watermelon and Italian ices help too. The beginning to me was like survival. You need to eat and drink whatever you can just to get by. I hope it passes soon for you.
