Do you eat in the morning?

I was told it's best to eat within 30 minutes of waking in the morning, but I am so busy with DD at that time and usually getting ready for the gym or work, so I forget to eat. I also don't really get hungry until lunch time.

Do you eat right away, or only when you get hungry?

I'm usually up by 6, out the door by 7, and stop along the way usually at DD for my coffee and a bagel.

When I am at home I usually just drink coffee and then eat an early lunch or have toast or something like that.

Yep...always. I make sure to eat within the first hour. During the week its a protein shake blended with oatmeal (that was made the night before)because mornings are so hectic. Between getting DD1 ready for school and DD2 needing tending to (shes 6 months old) I dont have time to make an actual breakfast or even have time to stop and eat the bowl of oatmeal....this way I get everything I need to fuel my morning in a glass....
And depending on the flavor protein I decide to use I sometimes throw in some fruit for good measure.

I usually have a granola bar on my way to work, I'm not a big breakfast person.

yes, because if I don't I get so hungry.
I eat cereal, egg whites (if I have the time) lately I have been eating nutrigrain waffles with blueberry "syrup" - just microwave a handful of blueberries for 30 seconds - its so good!

I have heard within 1 hour of waking up, i wake up at 645-7 and i eat breakfast around 730. On the weekends i usually skip breakfast so i have more points for a drink saturday night!

Always! I haev breakfast and a morning snack. Or sometimes I have 2 breakfasts!

I'm up at 6 and I drink a cup of tea during my commute. Im in the office by 7:45 and I usually eat a bowl of oatmeal at my desk. I eat breakfast everyday except on the weekends bc I like to sleep in :)

I eat 2 hours after I get up on the weekdays. Usually about an hour on the weekend.
I can't eat right away after getting up.

I get up and meet up with a friend to workout so it's about 3 hours after I get up that I first eat.

I don't eat until about 4 hours after I wake up! I wake up have coffee on my commute to work and then have a late bfast around 11am. I am not hungry early in the am.

I need to eat immediately. I am always starving when I wake up.

I usually get out of bed around 6:45 on weekdays & have breakfast at 7:30 before I go to work.
On the weekend if I sleep late I'll have brunch.

I usually eat when I get to work (around 12pm) and if that I only have a granola bar.

While riding to work though on the bus I do have the morning cup of coffee.

Yes I have to, or I am really grumpy. If I am working outn the morning I will eat right after working out. Otherwise I eat first thing in the morning.

I dont eat till I get to work. I cant eat the moment I get up because I am not hungry yet.

some mornings i am ravenous when i wake up and eat right away - others i work out sort of early so i don't eat til after i train

I can't eat when I first wake up. It makes me nauseous (always has). So M-F I bring yogurt and fruit or cereal and fruit to work and I eat at my desk around 9am.

On the weekends I generally wake up around 7/7:30 and I generally don't eat anything until 10ish because I'm getting the girls up and getting them breakfast and dressed.

I take medication in the morning that I have to take on an empty stomach, and then I have to wait a full hour before eating.

Always eat breakfast! Most important meal of the day!

I do, but only when I'm hungry. I work 10-6 and usually don't get hungry until about now (10:30 a.m.), so I eat both breakfast and lunch at work each day.

I keep a box of cereal at work (Special K, usually) and bring in fruit. I always have packets of oatmeal in my desk, which is also a decent snack in a pinch.

I do have to have breakfast everyday though...I can't make it til my break (1 p.m.) without it!

yes, i get hungry! and especially after i work out in the AM during the week.

I usually get up at 7, have coffee around 730 and then eat breakfast when i get to work around 915. I am never hungry as soon as I wake up but I can't skip breakfast

I used to not. But now I do every morning. It helps that DH wakes up earlier and makes my breakfast for me. I usually have oats with blueberries and skim milk. Very filling and yummy!
