Morning sickness suggestions!-crashing

I had a DS about 8 months ago and wasn't really sick during my pregnancy. Someone I know is about 8 weeks pregnant with twins and she has been sick. She wanted to know some suggestions for morning sickness but I really couldn't give her any. Any suggestions? TIA

my dr gave me a sample of something called B Nexa. It's basically ginger and vitamin B. I tried it for one day so far, and I definitely felt a difference. Don't know if its a prescription or not.

Chew spearmint gum or drink something lemon flavored. Carbs always help too.

My dr told me to take a half of vitamin B6 and half of Unisom 3 times a day. I take it only once before bed. When I was really bad it eased it up alot. Now I still have MS all day, but as long as I take it every night I am ok. the 2 times I missed it I was really nauseous all day and puked at night.
He told me yesterday, even at 24 weeks... just keep taking it as long as I need to that it is perfectly safe.

Other than that anything apple seemed to settle my stomach a little... apples, apple juice, apple sauce, etc. I also lived on gingerale, crackers before I got out of bed in the morning and pasta with butter and cheese from 5.5 weeks until about 14 weeks. Then started the B6/Unisom and was able to eat a little better.
