Mortgages

Anyone know of a good mortgage person? We are in the beginning stages of getting a house. We are expecting a baby in late April. Is it possible to be in a house by then or shortly after??

Any advice would be great.
Where should we begin??

There main office is in Haupaggue area but also in levitown i believe. But depending on location, the broker will come to you.

If you find a house by beginning of Feb, you have a good shot for Apr. However, there are not as many houses avaiable cause of the time of the season.

finding a house, and closing on it around mid to late April is totally possible.

This guy worked with all the major banks and gave me a great wholesale rate (cheaper than what the banks were posting).
