Mortgages?
We have signed the contract for our house (yeah!) and I am in the process of searching for a mortgage. An acquaintance of ours is a mortgage broker, but I don't think he'll be able to waive the fees that will come along with his help. We have excellent credit and won't need points on the mortgage so I think we are going to just go through a bank. I have the rate listings from Newsday, but I am looking for any suggestions or banks to stay away from.
Any help is appreciated!
