American Idon season 1. My best friend and our DHs went and it was so funny because we were the only people who knew the words to the songs they sang because we were surrounded by a bunch of 12 year olds.

Well, my first concert ever was NKOTB and Tiffany. Ugh.
I also saw Hootie and the Blowfish, which in and of itself isn't THAT bad. But it's the fact that I went to a New Year's Eve concert of thiers that was being filmed for VH1.
Me and Hootie on New Year's -- look out!!

I saw Barbara Mandrell when I was 5 - does that count???
I also saw John Couger Mellancamp (sp?) a few years ago for free. I was the designated driver and I actually really enjoyed myself!

I saw Yanni at RCMH. The concert was amazing but I get called "Geek" by my husband everytime he's on PBS whipping his hair around at the Acropolis!!

Meat Loaf. It was for my high school sweetheart. We were in the front row and the entire time he was screaming at meat loaf to sign his denim jacket.
When ever there was a pause, "Sign my jacket."
Meat loaf actually stopped the concert and yelled at him with a whole bunch of F words. He winded up signing the jacket and then there was a mad rush of people to get to the front to have things signed.
I loved Meatloaf I saw him at a club one time and the lights went out. I bumped into him in a dark hallway while he was carrying a candle. I said "sorry Mr. Loaf" and ran! He was mean looking and scared the bejeezes out of me!!! I also saw him leave the same stage on a stretcher. When he was HUGE!

Chicago was my very first concert!!! I love them!!!!
I did get free tickets to a Boston reunion concert. That was pretty lame.

from diffent ends of the spectrum-
#1 the Jets ( Satacy qQopened )-- my aunt's idea when I was a kid
#2- some concoction of people that used to be in CCR.
Please remind me never to go to Westbury Music fair ever again.
Both of these make my NKTOB concert seem so hip.
And I have also seen Chicago/Beach boys at Joens beach--nothing to be ashamed of!

I have to tell you he still does it stop the concert when someone is not paying attention to him he yelled at a guy at the bogatta 2 years ago i went back stage and i never met yet he so egotistic but i met the rest of the band the drummer i know already known him since i was a baby well 2 1/2 years old.
