OK, my TMI response...I always wipe from front to back--so I'm going around the back--it's never been an issue. Try it out!
Now those urine tests at the doctor...hmmmm...
I still think my question was THE most TMI ever though!

I hate this the most about pregnancy! I have a HUGE BUTT to begin with...and I always wipe from front to back, reaching around the back...it is so hard to do now! I can barely reach in the front and in the back I feel like I am going to topple over!!!
