Kind of spinoff to "big pregnant bellies..." Perhaps the MOST TMI post ever...
OK, I am new to this as it never even occurred to me to do this when I was pregnant with my daughter...
OK, deep breath...here goes...a couple of weeks ago, I decided to "groom" and in order to get things really pretty I thought I'd break out the old mirror to see exactly what I was doing...
Soooo....I wanted to die because "things" just didn't look the same down there. Color-wise, appearance, I even thought I saw a vein, but I quickly looked away in horror Needless to say, I haven't checked back since
Please tell me someone else has had this experience...please!
Do I hold the title of the most TMI post now?!?

I heard (I haven't looked for myself yet) that things get strange looking down there. Darker & bigger! Not sure what else. I'll have to check me out one day! I think I read it in my "Girlfriends Guide to Pregnancy"...love that book.

Well - ever since we moved in January i havent had access to a full length mirror - I have not seen South o the border in quite a few months.... But I'm sure things are looking pretty funky down there....
My Bradley class teacher told us to pack a hand held mirror with us when we go to the hospital so that we can watch the baby being born if we wanted... I'm on the fence with this one....

It definitly does change but it goes back to normal . I groomed regularly with DS and by the end I was too. It is still better then what it looks like after you give birth vaginally I nearly

They will offer one up in the hospital...refuse it. haha
When they offered it up to me with DD, I screamed: ARE YOU NUTS? Put that thing away! [I might have asked to be knocked out if I'd seen whatever was going on and coming out down there!]
FYI....if you are even the slightest bit concerned about your DH/SO....DO NOT LET HIM LOOK AT THE PLACENTA!!!!! They will surely or worse.

I think in Jenny McCarthy's book "Belly Laughs" she refers to this phenomena as "Blue Twinkies"
