Mother's Day Lunch
Need some quick help...I am hosting a last minute mother's day lunch for my family, my parents, inlaws, and grandmas...it is 7 adults and 3 kids...I want to keep it easy because we have soccer tomorrow morning. I'm thinking of:
chicken salad (with cranberries and almonds) with croissants and rye bread
quiche (ham and cheese, spinach and cheese)
greek pasta salad
lemon bars for dessert
What else should I add?? It has to be make ahead.

I think that sounds perfect. Maybe just some fresh fruit.

That's exactly what I did...grabbed a big fruit platter at the supermarket and some fresh berries to add to it. Thanks!
