to make a long story short, my primary care giver while me and DH are at work (my mom) broke her arm while trick or treating. she may or may not need surgery.

anyway, i plan on hiring someone to help my mom out when while watching DC. I didnt want to put them in daycare because that is so foriegn to them and Im just not a big day care person.

Anyway, I am interviewing someone today about helping my mom out for a few months annd Im clueless as to what to pay or which questions i ask. My mom will be there everyday and she might be able to help out some.

I have 2 children... a DD who will be 4 in january and a DS who is 18 months. DD is at school monday and thursday all day.

Please help. Ive never done this since my mom has been their daycare since day one
