I like the Mother's Milk. It has fenugreek, blessed thistle, fennel, coriander and other herbs that are supposed to help lactation. It tastes good too (especially with honey ).

You can buy it at GNC, Vitamin Shoppe and healtth food stores.

I've tried both and think that the Mothers Milk works better. I haven't tried either with honey yet but did find out from another poster that the mothers milk tastes better if you let it get a little cold.

I like the Mother's Milk with a little honey too BUT, my LC told me that you would have to drink a ton of the Mother's Milk tea to equal the benefits of the Fenugreek (3 pills, 3x a day). Now I drink the tea to just relax and still take the pills.

I vote for the Fenugreek only becasue its a pill I do not like the mothers milk be cause it tast like liqurish (?spelling)

I drink mother's milk. It took a while for me to get use to the smell but it actually doesn't taste that bad. I can't remember to take pills so I drink the tea. I notice a big difference even with just one cup. I have to start drinking it 3 times a day againg because I noticed my supply isn't what it was.

I like MM Teas but I think the fenugreek pills work better. You dont have to take both b/c they both have the same ingredients.
