Motorized Thomas Train broke 1 week after Xmas
DS got the motorized wooden Thomas train for Xmas with his train table and it already broke. We thought it was the battery but it's not.
It was a gift and we already threw out the box.
Are we just out of luck?
Can we exchange this Thomas train anywhere?

Isn't that made by mattel or fisher price? They generally have GREAT customer service. Look up their contact number here:

and give them a call.

we got a thomas train that broke too. PIECE of CRAP!
it's a kids toy. we took it out of the box. Luce dropped it and the red steam cap thingy came off and then broke into chokable pieces.
in the garbage it went.
