Moving and kids
Not sure if I mentioned that we are moving. We sold our condo but haven't found our "dream home" yet, so we are closing on the 20th and this weekend we are moving in with my parents.
While my parents watch DD for us and she spend A LOT of time there, I am really nervous about this transition. I know DD will get adjusted in a few days, but she starts preschool on Monday and I start back to work on MOnday, also, after a 3 week break.
I am not sure if I need advice or strength. The whole "temporary living" situation is so difficult.
How do we all live together? How do we respect each other's space? How do I make sure DD doesn't get horribly spoiled by grandparents? How do I have my parenting rules in someone else's house?
Ugh...why can't we just find a house we like NOW????!!!!

Re: Moving and kids
you will figuire it all out. Kids are so flexible at this age, the move wont affect them as much as you think.

Re: Moving and kids
I agree.. you'll figure it out. I had to set some ground rules and also had to be a little more flexible too.. its not fun, easy or ideal but you get through it.
