Moving forward
Well I had my laparoscopy on Tuesday. There were two cysts on my left ovary, one had burst so the Dr. flushed and cleaned that up and then the complex cyst was removed from inside the ovary. Dr. was able to save the ovary, which I am thrilled about. I do have endometriosis but it is very thin and spidery and the Dr. didn't want to chance more scarring. He said the best cure is to get pregnant (from his mouth to God's ear!). We are on for IVF in Jan.
It's three days later and I'm feeling great. I'm just sore at the site of the incisions. Everyone at Good Sam and my Gyno were fantastic. I have no hesitation if I get the chance to deliver a baby there.

Thanks ladies and thanks for all the advice, Karen.
I had my follow up with the Dr. last week and he said the ovary heals very quickly and that there would be no problem going ahead with a cycle beginning Jan 18.
