Great list! He's spot on with the majority though I'm surprised not to see the Olsen twins on there!

Kate Winslet always looks great and Nancy Pelosi always looks classy. Maybe they should remind Paris and Co. that "less is more."

I think Christina Aguilera looked wonderful this year. I would have put her on the best dressed list (or at least most improved), and I think Lindsay Lohan is at least trendy.

What about Posh Spice? She has HORRIBLE outfit choices. Sienna Miller? MK Olsen? Jessica Simpson?
