I'm sorry R. I know how you feel. You'll know when you are ready to stop.
For me, Joe and I made the decision before we started our last try, that it would indeed be our last big try. (IVF) That was the hardest BFN I ever had.
I think it's important to take your DH's thoughts on this into consideration. When going through this, it's very easy to say , I want, I need, I hurt, You don't understand, etc. When in truth, it's not just you. It's both of you. It took me a LONG TIME to get to this point. I still find myself thinking, me, me, me sometimes. Then I remember it's US. We hate to admit it but we think emotionally when it comes to IF. Our DH's can think logically because they aren't physically going through it. When we put together how much we spent on IF this past 3 years.... it was enough to finish every major project we NEED to finish at our house. Would I change the path we took for that money back? No. I KNOW we did everything we could possibly do, which has allowed us to finally put it aside and start living.
Doesn't mean you can't still TTC on your own. Keep up with the supplements, try new things. Get to a good place mentally and physically. Miracles happen every day. You never know.
See how you feel at the end of the 2 month break. Take it one day a time from here.

I wish there were some magic words that would make it all better . . . but there just are no words. Life, the universe, whatever is so cruel sometimes and this is one of those times. I'm heartbroken for you.
We're all here for you if you want to vent, scream, cry, etc.
