MS Teams question
i recently created a team to share a calendar for a conference space in our building (with vaccinations picking up, people are starting to talk about in-person meetings).
the calendar i created seems to be for meetings... the way i used to set up webex events. all i want to do is confirm that the conference room is booked on a given day/time.
does anyone know what i'm missing?
i hope i explained that properly

Re: MS Teams question
Not sure if this is the same way I do things, but you need to have access to the conference rooms "calendar" - so you can see free/busy time etc. The conference rooms in my company are set up like people- like they each have their own calendar and you need to make sure you have rights to view the schedule of each room And then when someone wants to use the room they need to add the room to their meeting invite- like it was a person. That books the room and blocks it as busy Are you able to view the calendar for the conference room in question -like see what's booked in there?
