400 is FINE...
they want you to take 800 when you are prego.
My Dr. told me to take Centrum when I told her I was TTC.
Your fine.

Hey - sorry, i think my post question was confusing...I don't mean the 400 of folic acid. I was wondering about the vitamin A. I read on baby center that you should make sure your vitamin doesn't have over X amt of vitamin A and centrum does...
OH sorry!
THAT I do not know...worth looking into though
I just went with Centrum cause my Dr. told me it would be o.k.
