mushroom haters, come in......
I have noticed in a lot of the lowfat or lighter recipes I see in cookbooks, the mushrooms are plentiful. I figure it is a low calorie way to bulk up the dish. I HATE mushrooms, however, and am looking for some creative substitutions. Any suggestions? TIA.
