My 4 mile race this weekend.
4 mile race in Cranford NJ.
I will post on Monday.
I will be daydreaming that it is the NYC Marathon!
Anyone racing this weekend?

i'll swtich with you! i'm doing the marathon and although it's my 6th i am feeling nervous for the first time about actually finishing (injured) anyway, best of luck to you! enjoy your race! 4 miles is a nice distance too! have fun and good luck

Good Luck!
I am racing next weekend - Stockade-athon 15K in Schenectady NY. My favorite race of the year even though I despise the hills. I have been doing intense hill repeats for over a month. I hope it helps.
