My 4 year old is complaining of cheek pain.
He does not have a fever, it does not look like he is getting any new teeth. Would I bring him to the dentist or regular Dr? I gave motrin and it did not help.

Did he bite his cheek?

Where is the pain? Does the area appear red or swollen?

Inside his mouth looks normal, so i don't think he bit it.
Nothing looks red or swollen inside his mouth or on the outside.

I'm not sure what it could be then, if it still hurts I would definitely take him to the ped first before a dentist.

could it be his ears? I once had what felt like a toothache turn out to be an ear infection.
I hope he feels better soon.
