My accomplishment!
I was NEVER a runner and couldn't understand how people could go for such stretches without stopping or taking a break.
Putting the thought aside A few weeks ago I started running with my dad and sister (lvsdolphins). To start, I was barely able to run 1/2 mile without gasping for air and legs feeling like they were going to fall off 
Well I finally am beginning to see and FEEL the benefits and the endurance I'm gaining from running everyday.
I woke up this AM and ran 2 miles without stopping! I feel very accomplished and good about myself right now and only hope it gets better!

Congrats!!!! That is HUGE, trust me!!! I, too, am starting out (was a runner when I was younger) and when you start to see changes in your body, it's a huge incentive to continue! Good luck!

That's great! I want to start running outside (b/c I hear it is more of a workout), but I only do it on the treadmill.
