My annual Habitat for Humanity before and afters
My company does a lot of charity work during the year and one constant has been doing a build day for Habitat for Humanity of Suffolk:

The first year I did the build was 2010. We were putting up sheetrock and I found it very challenging. At the lunch break, after working for 3 hours, I was dying! Everything was sore and I just wanted to take some Advil and take a nap. 
Here's my husband and I, 2010, at 250 pounds:
At the beginning of 2011, I started eating well and exercising in earnest. This time, we were working outside, putting up plywood and fascia, nailing in some kind of flashings around the windows. I was smart and wore appropriate shoes at least and although I was tired at the end of the day and sore, I felt better than the prior year which I credited to being lighter and in somewhat better shape.

After that, I kicked it into high gear with weight loss. I got all my medical clearances to make sure I was healthy and started to jog. I'm 3 pounds away from my original goal of losing 75 pounds, the weight I was when I got married in 2006. I have a new goal now, of weighing a muscular 160 and then will reassess.
This year during the build, we were doing demolition, ripping off parts of the house and loading a dumpster. I felt fine, and the next day I only felt a little sore around my neck and shoulders. So I went jogging.

Looking at this picture, I realized how much my mindset has changed. When I saw that pic from 2010, I thought "DAMN why didn't they just take the picture from the waist-up?!" and looking at the last one I just thought "Too bad my jeans and shirt were loose, I look a little bigger than I am." 
Thanks for looking and reading everyone! I'm really enjoying these before and after threads and hope to see more. Even if you don't think you're ready for that, TAKE THE PICTURES!! You'll be happy later that you did.
