My aunt hired me to plan my cousin's baby shower..
What do you think of this for the Centerpieces??
They are inexpensive, cute, and at least something people will use.. You can eat them while your at the table Oh and we might tie some balloons the handle of the "carriage" Honest Opinions please! Image Attachment(s):

Its very cute!! So creative. I am not a big fan of favors- especially things that clutter the house- but this is adorable and edible. Perfect!
The only thing is to make sure there is an easy way to take it home. You don't want people to leave it because they don't want to make a mess transporting it.

Love it but it looks like a lot of work. Will you be making them yourself? Also what time of year is the shower? Will watermelon and such be in season?

Re: My aunt hired me to plan my cousin's baby shower..
I love it but I think it might be too much as a far as a centerpiece. Just think how big a watermelon actually is. I think it would look great on the table with the cake or appetizers.
However, I love the idea of an edible centerpieces. You could play around with candy, chocolate and fruit. Do alternating ones in blue, pink, yellow, sage...that way they can be smaller and a bit more managable for you.
