My baby boy came a month early (ADDED PIC!!)
My gorgeous man nicholas james came via emergecy c section at 5:29am friday sept 28th weighing 6lbs9oz and 19.2". He has been in the nicu since due to fluid in his lungs but hes sooo strong! I had a placntal abruption and he neede to get out, so at exactly 36 wks, my little fighter was born and ive never been so compketely and instantly in love. I cant add pics im having trouble, ill update soon :)

It sounds like a scary birth, I'm glad to hear everything is ok! Can I just ask, how did you know you had the abruption?

sorry for the delay in answering some questions....i had thought that i had a bloody show or something, which in hindsight seems silly from what ive read, but what do i know lol i called my ob and he said go straight to l&d. i have had a partial previa since 12 weeks so they thought that was possibly the cause of the bleed. i had a speculum inserted to check on other causes (holy owwww!) and they said they saw a tiny bit up there. they admitted me at 530pm and i was moved to the maternity urgent care section of l&d. i had the most amazing nurse, alex, and my dr came to see me and said that the bleeding seemed to have stopped, and if my morning it was done and i had another exam, i would go home to be on bedrest....well flash forward about 2 hrs, i got up to pee and had a gush and clot pass, then again the next time than one last time and they were getting bigger. dr came in and said three strike rule and i need to get the baby out now. he doesnt know the cause, but my husband said the baby saved my life. it was very very scary but we are all ok and i get to bring my little champ home today!!
