My bad mommy question of the day....
Do you think it's absolutely necessary to clean newly pierced ears 3 times a day for six weeks? How about 1x a day.....I'm way to forgetful for 3x a day.....and for 6 weeks.

Same! Mornings and evenings.
I did the same. I got lazy a few days and only did it once and her ear got red by the hole. I had clean out the gunk well and the redness went away once I gave it a good cleaning and then remained doing it twice a day but the girl only told me for 3 weeks and that is what I did and no probelms now.

We only did them for a week and a Dr. did DD's ears. Cleaned twice a week for a day and spinned them.
