my before and after
I started my weight loss in June, at 162 pounds (that's when the before pictures are from). I'm currently at 140 and I think I'm basically done. Want to gain some muscle, but I don't think I really want to lose more weight.

To the OP, how tall are you? I would have guessed you to weigh less than 140 based on that photo. Even before, you carried 162 very well.
