My boobs are killing me!!!
And they REALLY hurt in the middle of the night. I actually slept with a bra on and thought that it kind of helped!! Does anyone else have any other remedies?

I wear a sports bra every night to bed and that has helped a lot. Smoosh them down so they can't go nowhere!! 
Other than that, it's pretty much unavoidable.
These days the itching is worse than the pain for me.

I would recommend never taking a bra off.
I wear a support bra during day and a sof cloth one at night.
Im paranoid about them hitting the floor!
I'm alittle over 4 months and mine still hurt.
I don't remember how long they hurt in previous pregnancies..

The only way I notice it helps is by wearing a bra ALL THE TIME. Also, someone told me that if you have tank tops with a built in bra, wear it over your regular bra for extra support. I haven't tried it yet...but I am just starting my 5th month and mine still kill me EVERY DAY!!

wear a light sports bra to bed and always wear a bra. I understand your pain. These suckers have been killing me and growing since day one of being preggos...

i know how u feel. Dh can't even tough them that is how bad they hurt.
At night when i lay on them they hurt anything they hurt.

I will consider myself lucky. 13wks and no soreness. Slight but nothing like what you girls are describing.

Constant bra does help...also, in the hospital, they'll tell you to put one on and sleep in it...trust me, out of annoyance from wearing one for 4 solid days, I tried to sleep without one 1 night....OUCH. Until the dear things decreased in size, I wore a bra to bed. I learned my lesson.

I'm only at 4 weeks & they kill me at night. Last night I slept with a sports bra & it really helped.

All day, I opt for tanks with built in bras under my clothes - that way they arent squished by my bra, and also, they work like a charm since I can no longer button my shirts - i can keep the top few open, and not look like I'm busting out yet!!!
