My C Section incision is bleeding a tiny bit..

I am 5 weeks PP today and I just noticed two small sopts where its bleeding. I hope it is not infected...

Has this happened to anyone else?

Yes, that happened to me. It bled for quite sometime. I would put some gauze over it if you have it and if it doesn't stop, call the dr. tomorrow. I ended up having to have mine opened, cleaned out and closed back up It sounds worse than it was, but still, a pain in the azz.

I had this but much earlier on...I filled with fluid, got infected and it opened on it's own (the docs helped it more eventually). I also had to have it drained and packed twice a day by homecare. I think since you are already 5 weeks PP, it is probably just a pocket, an ingrown hair or even a stitch or two trying to come back out. Give your doc a call in the am. Good luck.

Ugh...Thanks - I go to the doc on Wednesday anyway, so I will hold out until then!!
