My cat is a serious wackadoo.

I have a 2 year old cat named Champ. He is indoors only because we live in an apt. complex. He is seriously nuts.

His newest thing is to drag things into the toilet. He has one of this fake ferrets attached to a mechanized ball, but he threw it down the stairs and broke, so he only has the ferret part. He puts it in the toilet. He put a sock in the toilet. He put a tag from a shirt in the toilet. He only even drinks out the toilet, he won't touch his water bowl.

Is this strange or what?

One thing I have learned since being owned by cats (yes, I meant to word it that way!) is that they all have these quirky things about them. For a while, our cat Nugget was a sock klepto. He would drag them out of the hamper and put them in DH's office.

I don't understand the fascination with the toilet...that is so funny!!!!

One of our cats picks the dry food up in his mouth and then drops it into his water bowl so he can play with it. He doesn't eat it, he only plays with it. Everyday, i come down to find dirty water with mushy lumps of food in it.

The other is obsessed with the bathroom - if the door is closed, he meows and meows until you open the door and then he runs in and looks wildly around like 'what's going on, what did i miss?' then just sits there and looks at you.
If i go in and don't close the door - the second i start to pee, i hear him come running from wherever he is in the house.

They're a constant source of entertainment!

I love cat antics
