My *cautiously optimistic* introduction...
I am a recent graduate of the IF board.  I am very nervous to be over here, but incredibly excited as well.
For those who don't know me, I have been TTC for 3 years now, and had a miscarriage at 8 weeks in March of '07. I was not able to get pregnant again. I finally started seeing an RE because my OB was a dimwit who didn't know how to handle my case. I had one cancelled clomid/IUI cycle, one failed injectible IUI cycle which left a ton of residual cysts, and I am currently 4 weeks and 3 days pregnant after my first IVF cycle.
So far I don't really have any symptoms. My boobs are a little sore to the touch, i'm a little tired, but not exhausted, and I have been craving red meat. (I don't know why).
My first beta at 16DPO/13dp3dt was yesterday, and it came back at 317. I don't have another sono until next Monday, and my first sono will be the monday after that.
I really am so happy to be here, and hope I can stay here for the next 36 weeks!

Jen I don't know you but I have to admit I've been somewhat captivated by your struggles and have been following your posts. When your IUI failed my heart broke for you because I see that you've been trying for so long, and on top of that, you were always so helpful and such a source for everyone else who was on the TTC board. And I've been checking the IF board for your IVF results....I don't know why but I had a feeling this might be your time. I know you're cautiously optimistic but I wanted to say welcome and send you all the prayers and sticky dust I can!!!!!!
