My dream may come true
I sent my resume, and sample menu to a very high end catering company. They would like to meet with me to discuss some part time work, which could lead to me becoming one of their chefs.
This will be a huge step and risk, which I do not know if I am willing to take. But, my husband wants me to go for it, and says if all goes well, he would love for me to own my own business, and would rent space for me to open a small catering business.
I have been dreaming of this since I was a little girl.
It may take a few months for all of this to come together, but I am working on it.
