thats what i used. I massaged into her scalp then used a baby comb and combed it out. Then bath. I had to do a couple of nights.

I tried the oil thing, but it didn't work for us. I got the Disney cradle cap mend at BRU, and it worked beautifully!

Re: My ds son has ...
both my kids had it and ped told us to use selsum blue. it didn't really work, so I sat there while they were napping and put a little aquaphor to loosen it up and picked it off...gross, but I was done with it after wards.

I use Mustela shampoo when I wash her hair and it gets rid of it.

Re: My ds son has ...
I was told petroleum jelly or mineral oil. I used the jelly, but it got worse and I had to start using dandruff shampoo. Took awhile, but DSs scalp is much better.

Re: My ds son has ...
I used the Disney stuff, it improved. What really worked though was to put Johnson's Head to Toe on a washcloth and gently scrub, then comb from front to back and the crusties would fall out.
