I always did everything in moderation.  Enjoy it! next year, you'll be running after your little one and probably won't be able to eat much anyway!

Stay away from steaky fish- like swordfish and tuna. there's a list here on LIF somewhere.

so does mine! we have the 'seven fishes' at christmas eave dinner. they always make chicken though for the kids. I am going to have shrimp and chicken!

Grouper
Marlin
Orange Roughy
Tilefish
Swordfish
Shark
King Mackerel
