My FET journal....*update 6/18 Transfer..kinda bummed
Figured I would start one specifically for a FET!!!!
History-
Have one DC from a FET. Fresh IVF didn't work, FET did. We will be transferring in our remaining embies with this cycle
Again, sorry for the fakie name. Im sure some of you could easily figure me out, but I'm keeping things on the DL. FM if you want.
5/27- 2CC's progesterone IM to induce AF
6/1- Started spotting. Will count day one as tomorrow if this continues into AF (which Im sure it will).
6/3- Will go to the office for blood and sono and start Estrace as directed.
*Update had my blood and sono this am and will await instructions. Got my Meds yesterday and am ready to start Estrace today!!!!! EEK.
**Update 6/12
Not much to update. FET's are easy!!! I switched to 3x a day estrace yesterday and will reutrn Monday for blood and sono. If all is ok with my lining, I think my transfer will be friday, 6/18!
Please send good lining vibes for MondAY!!!!!
***Update 6/14
Had blood and sono this am. Nurse called and everything looks GREAT. They wanted to do my transfer on Thurs but b/c of a work obligation I asked to push it to Fri.
Tomorrow I start PIO shots and a bunch of other meds.
I am SO excited! They gave me a date of July 2nd for my beta. Is that typical?? It is 2 full weeks from the day of the transfer. ARGH!
**** Update 6/18
Had my transfer at 10am. Im kinda bummed. They tried to thaw 3 and only one made it. 7 cells, grade 3 (our of 5).
I know it only takes one, and Im trying not to be, but I cant help being a little discouraged.
I was right in that she counted wrong..my beta is June 30.
Hoping this little one was special...

PIO for 4 days and then 4x a day suppositories

yeah it is.. my ET from IVF was 6-10 and my beta will be 6-23.. they want to make sure they get good results.. so its always a two week wait.
