My first puking experience - and a question about allergic reactions

Jonah puked up everything he ate for dinner. I don't know what caused him to throw up - if he ate too much, or he had a bad reaction to something.
I fed them something with spinach for the first time, and while he was eating he started rubbing his eyes and getting spinach all over his face and the area around his eyes got all red and splotchy. Do you think he is allergic to spinach?

Mady ate all the same stuff and was perfectly fine.

Yes I would say so tho it is an odd allergy but allergies have no reason. Do you have childrens benadryl? You should keep some in the house. Our allergist said up to a tsp. So I do 1/2 a tsp and wait 10 minutes that has always worked.

Yes, I have it in the house, but the redness went away after a few minutes, and the puking didn't happen until an hour later.

There were also egg whites in what he was eating, but he's had other stuff with eggs and had no reaction at all to the flu shot. I feel so bad that I gave him something that made him sick.

1. Yes, we'll make a plan.
2. He is fine now (sleeping), he had an 8oz bottle after he puked and was fine, and then went to sleep.
